Global Programs travel grant applications are now open to faculty and graduate students.
Graduate student travel grant applications for this round are due by 5 p.m. Sept. 20 and faculty travel grant applications are due by 5 p.m. Oct. 8.
“In Global Programs, we view travel grants as our way to assist and encourage students to connect their research and scholarship to something larger than themselves. Areas where this would be the case are the foundations and priorities identified in the University’s strategic plan, goals found in Global Programs’ strategic plan, and in any of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.“ said Mel White, assistant director for global operations and learning

- Graduate Travel Grants - to support international travel by Penn State graduate students to present their scholarly work at international conferences or other major professional meetings outside the graduate student’s home country.
- Faculty Travel Grants - to support faculty travel related to internationalizing undergraduate courses in any discipline.
