| Description |
The two-day event will involve a mix of psychologists, philosophers, engineers, and computer scientists that will lead to an interdisciplinary, provocative and engaging discussions on the impacts of AI on how we think about science and society. There will be several invited talks that will be announced soon. Early career researchers are to submit posters to help cultivate a network of collaboration on empathic AI and methodology in this area that can be submitted here before the April 10 deadline. We see a distinct opportunity to build a robust network of researchers across the social sciences, humanities, computer science and engineering that can chart a path that is constructive, critical, and forward-looking. Proposals are welcome across three themes: AI and empathy, AI methods in social research, and AI and metascience. Accepted presenters may attend all sessions and meals, with partial financial support to help cover costs.
